Upon receiving the goods, it is your responsibility to check the goods properly for any visible defects and to exercise due diligence in checking the goods upon delivery.
If you discover any defect in your product, you may return the item in existing condition within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we may at our sole discretion provide a refund. You will be notified by email on the status of the replacement.
For defects in perishable goods or produce, you must return the items within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
Replacements or refunds do not cover faults arising from:
Normal wear and tear, or
Changes to the original item, or
Damages to the goods caused by you or any other person, either deliberately or accidental.
When returning any damaged/ expired product, please ensure you have the original copy of your receipt and reference number.
Products returned can only be exchanged for same or similar products. You are not entitled to reimbursement in cash or any money over-the-counter. Confidentiality will be maintained at all times if credit cards are used.
Unavailability
All effort is made to ensure that all products that are shown on our online store are in stock. In the rare occasion that any product is unavailable, the customer will be advised at the earliest possible time. In such cases the customer is given the below options;
Initiation of a refund to their credit card (or original method of payment).

An offer to purchase similar, available product(s) to the amount of the same product that was ordered.”
